1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Retail Line HR website at retailline.in or the Retail Line HR application at crm.retailline.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and any business or individual that registers for or uses the Retail Line HR platform. Using the service on behalf of a company means the company also agrees to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Retail Line HR is a cloud-based workforce, attendance, and payroll management platform developed and operated by Webcrafts Tech (Bikaner, Rajasthan, India). The platform allows businesses to manage employee records, attendance, payroll, leaves, advances, shifts, departments, and related workforce operations.

The service is provided as-is for businesses operating in India, primarily in manufacturing, logistics, retail, and similar sectors. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Retail Line HR platform, you must register an account at crm.retailline.in. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Account access is role-based. Administrators are responsible for the access levels they assign to supervisors and other users within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Retail Line HR only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to process payroll or attendance for illegal labour arrangements
• Enter false, fabricated, or fraudulent employee data
• Attempt to access another organization's data or interfere with other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the software
• Use automated bots or scraping tools against the platform
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension of your account.

5. Your Data

Employee data, attendance records, payroll data, and other business information you enter into Retail Line HR remain your property. Webcrafts Tech will not access, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than operating and maintaining the service on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that the employee data you enter complies with applicable Indian labour laws and your employees' privacy expectations. You must obtain any required consent from employees before entering their personal data into the system.

Upon cancellation or termination of your account, we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted from our servers.

6. Subscription & Payment

Retail Line HR offers a free trial period. Continued use after the trial requires a subscription. Subscription terms, including pricing and billing period, are agreed upon at the time of subscription activation between you and Webcrafts Tech.

If you fail to pay applicable subscription fees, your account may be suspended or terminated after a reasonable grace period. We will notify you before taking any such action.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Retail Line HR if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Payment is overdue and not resolved within the grace period
• We detect or suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful use
• Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access will be removed and your data will be retained briefly for export, then deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Retail Line HR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Webcrafts Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and is not liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or business disruption arising from service downtime, errors, or bugs.

In no event shall Webcrafts Tech's liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The software is a management tool. Payroll and compliance decisions remain your responsibility. Retail Line HR does not provide legal or financial advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and branding associated with Retail Line HR are the property of Webcrafts Tech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations during your subscription period.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Retail Line HR platform or its code.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Retail Line HR shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
