Can attendance be marked from a mobile phone?
Yes. Retail Line HR is fully mobile-compatible. Supervisors typically mark attendance from Android phones directly from the factory floor, without needing a laptop or desktop.
How does Retail Line handle workers who do both day and night shifts?
Day and night shifts are tracked independently per worker per day. A worker who completes both shifts is counted as present for both, and their wage calculation reflects the total shifts worked.
Can I mark attendance for temporary or daily labour separately?
Yes. Temporary staff are managed in a separate section from permanent employees. Their attendance is tracked the same way but settled through the daily wage payroll system rather than the monthly salary system.
What happens if attendance is marked incorrectly?
Attendance records can be edited by admins with a change history maintained in the Security Center. Every edit records who made it, when, and what changed — so there is always a full audit trail.
