Can supervisors see the Security Center logs?
No. The Security Center is an admin-only feature. Supervisors cannot view activity logs — not even their own. This ensures the audit trail cannot be tampered with or hidden by the person whose actions are recorded.
Can I require approval for deletions?
Yes. Retail Line HR allows certain sensitive operations — such as deleting employee records or reverting payroll settlements — to be placed under an approval workflow. The action is held as pending until the admin explicitly confirms it.
How long are Security Center logs retained?
Logs are retained permanently. There is no automatic expiry on audit records — they remain searchable and reviewable for as long as the account is active.
